Solved

Yesterday, I have solved with installed a new Lotus Domino Server 853 SFP3 and Lotus Traveler 8.5.3.3. Detach the mobile phone and attach to a new Server.

I think Lotus Traveler have a cache where save a wrong folder and it don't like language pack.
